Diana Burba – Diana was saved at age eighteen, following the example of her mother, Eva. Shortly after, her brother, Alex, followed suit. Her father completed God’s transformation of their family by accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior several years later.

Since that time, Diana’s family has had a heart for orphans. Diana’s summers were spent volunteering her time ministering to orphans at summer camps.

Diana is a registered nurse and she worked for three years as a nurse at the maternity hospital in Oradea, Romania.

Corey and Diana met at a summer camp for orphans in 2002. Corey became quick friends with Alex, Diana’s brother, and became a regular guest at their family’s home. Corey’s apparent disinterest in a romantic relationship with Diana was possibly changed when he saw the long line of suitors waiting for a chance to court the beautiful Diana. With his future in-laws already rooting for him he attempted, and somehow succeeded, to win Diana’s heart.

After courting for ten months and having known each other for three years, they were married in July of 2005. Corey and Diana live for most of the year in Oradea, Romania working with orphans but also make periodic fundraising trips back to the United States that last from two to four months.
